PRICING POLICY

At Handstyle Fine Hardware, we offer a discount off our Suggested Price List. For the details regarding our discount rates, please contact our account executives.

Pricing and product availability are subject to change without notification. Unless otherwise stated, the prices in our Price List does not include the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

There is no minimum order quantity except to receive special discount rates and custom finish and/or size orders.

TAXES

Handstyle Fine Hardware will automatically charge and withhold 13% HST for orders to be delivered to addresses in Canada. For orders to be shipped to United States, Buyer should solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Terms are due immediately in advance the time of order. We accept VISA, Master card, AmEx and Google Pay.

FREIGHT POLICY

Method of final payment is to be agreed before Goods are dispatched. Freight is FOB our warehouse in Oakville, ON. Local freight cost will be added to your invoice at the actual rates.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Handstyle Fine Hardware shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. Late delivery of the Goods does not entitle buyer to reject the Goods, terminate the Contract or withhold payment of any part of the price. The Buyer is under a duty whenever possible to inspect the Goods on delivery. Freight damages must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of product. All packaging materials must be saved as it may be requirement of the carrier for processing a claim.

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as soon as it becomes available. Typically, orders are shipped within one or two business days after the product's availability is confirmed. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will be processed in the next two business days. However, please be aware that there may be times when the product you have ordered is out of stock, which will result in a delay in fulfilling your order.

For products with different lead times, please note that they will be shipped after the specified lead time period. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Handstyle Fine Hardware should be notified, in writing, of shipping errors or defective merchandise within 30 days from invoice date. For any goods to be returned, a “Acceptance for Return” must be issued. 25% restocking fee will be applied to any return goods.
Upon receipt and examination of products by our warehouse – all products must be in sale-able condition – a credit will be issued to your account and can only be used for future product orders.

WARRANTY

Handstyle Fine Hardware warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one year, and is not responsible for consequential damages or installation costs of any nature. This warranty does not cover product abuse, installation errors, improper cleaning or other abnormal conditions. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product, and no other warranty is expressed or implied.

This warranty does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, improper installation, accident, natural disaster, corrosive air, outdoor use, or has been altered. Products may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damages or expenses caused by any defective product

There is no finish warranty on Matte Black, Brushed Matte Black, and Unlacquered Brass finishes. All other finishes carry a two-year finish warranty.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

For all of our products, we recommend that the surfaces can be cleaned only by wiping them with a soft and dry cloth. Chemical substances or cloths that may cause chafing should NOT be used. We cannot accept liability for damages to any articles caused by inappropriate handling or cleaning. For detail care instruction for stainless steel products, please visit our website.

TECHNICAL ILLUSTRATIONS

Please be aware that any technical illustrations, including figures and drawings, as presented in our catalogs and our websites, are not binding. We reserve all rights for improvements on our designs and measurements. All of our products measurement has been showed in metric standards.

PRINTING & TYPO ERRORS

We take no responsibility for errors or omissions that might have occurred either in our catalog or at our website. Colors/Finishes may not be exactly as shown due to printing process.

OTHER CONDITIONS

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Polipark Inc. or  www.handstylefinehardware.com signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.
